DESIGN UPDATE (May 5, 2020). I now have versions compatible with the Topcon SL-D2 model as well as the Zeiss SL 220. Please add a note on check-out if you require either of these models.
Both the mounting bracket and shield (VIVAK) are made of PETG plastic and therefore can be fully sterilized using IPA. Shields Produced after April 22, 2020 will have a thinner Polycarbonate instead of PETG (PETG currently unavailable).
Clamping range up to 26mm (fits old Haag BQ900, new Haag BM & BQ, S4 Optic, and similar.)
These are larger than the stock shields that come with your slit lamps, they are easily removed with a few turns of the thumb screw and don't flop around like the stock shields.
Will not fit on Marco Ultra slit lamp with wide rounded frame.
Note: The actual production shield extends 20mm higher than the renders (the light grey unit pictured is the actual size).
